There are Two Things.
Thing Number One. I love to run. Live to run might be more accurate.
Since I was a kid I have been running. Mostly to get somewhere or get ready for sports.
I didn’t start running “regularly” until I was in the military back in the mid-seventies. Since then I have run over 60 marathons/ultra-marathons. I have also run multiple marathons over the course of a week. Crazy running stuff. That’s what I like. Don’t know how many miles I have logged over the years but it’s a bunch. I look for every opportunity to run.
And here’s Thing Number Two.
I love coaching/teaching others about running.
Be it a one-on-one experience, group or team setting I really enjoy helping others to use running to enhance their lives and meet their goals.
